1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime by:

  • Contacting our support team at support@scriptbala.com
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can continue using the service until expiry date

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Service Issues: If technical problems prevent you from using the service
  • Accidental Purchase: Duplicate or accidental charges will be refunded

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After 7 days of purchase (except for technical issues)
  • If you have extensively used the service (e.g., generated 50+ posts)
  • If you violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal date)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refund@scriptbala.com
  2. Include your transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

For annual subscriptions, partial refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis based on unused months. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds.
